Error message all the time like other 3rd party brands. He will not speak to Canon. -------- Update: The support team is really professional, they write me to send me a new one (I didn't ask for it because I used toners and they somehow worked, only Canon who Printer can't recognize it and can't go to sleep, error keeps popping up but can still print. So I put 3 stars, didn't really bother to return the order.) However, they solved the problem and sent me a new one. judging by their behavior, this one works like the original, no error messages, the printer can go to sleep with no problems, silent mode. Very good work, very honest business practices. I will now make them my regular toner supplier.
