I like how easy it was to learn this software compared to other systems we have used in the past.

It's very user friendly! There are so many features you can use for your business but not all customers will be able to utilize them all. If they do need help then there really isn't much support from their end as far as training goes since most people who work at SPi don't know anything about programming/software development themselves. We were looking for an easier way than what our previous system had provided us which made me feel better knowing that my clients would enjoy using our new product more too.
