Review on Thermos universal for food and drinks with a double stopper 1,8l Arktika 205-1800 by Mateusz Wycech ᠌

I bought my husband in 2022 through an online order for a thermos made by the Arktika company, and for several years he served us faithfully. About three years after the purchase, the thermos stopped keeping the temperature, so we put it in a box and put it on the far shelf, since it was a pity to throw it away even if it was faulty. In November 2022, I accidentally saw a comment by the Arctic team on Ozone that they have a 5-year warranty on vacuum thermoses. I asked the Arktika company a question about the guarantee, described the problem, for which they asked me to send them my faulty thermos (at the expense of the company) for examination. After a week and a half, I received a response from the Arctic that my thermos was indeed defective and they were ready to replace it with a new one! To be honest, I was pleasantly stunned by such a service and attitude towards my client! Now we are regular customers of the company Arktika forever. Previously, they also repeatedly ordered Arktika thermoses for gifts to friends and relatives, they still serve everyone. We definitely recommend Arctic products to everyone! Cool and awesome company!
