Not exactly as described in small details, but still.
These are perfect for quilting projects, the length described is a bit confusing, it appeared to be measured from the top of the cutting edges to the pivot but not the end of the handles. I wanted something my husband could use to trim his mustache ie. slightly longer scissors. The good news is they are great for what they are and I am keeping them for sewing. I ordered the 5 inch long pointed Fiskars and got the ones that are perfect for his mustache. Note that they are ALL 4 inches long from the tip to the back of the handle.
