The product has a good design and suits our purpose well. During the initial assembly, it turned out that the threaded pin rusted quickly. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that the "rust" was left behind after installation. I'm correcting my review as it was originally below when I thought the screw was rusty. A little note about the installation. This stop requires 2 holes. Place the stop where you want it and mark it on the ground. Drill the first hole where the screw hole is in the flat part. Assemble the stop and place the "mounting" screw in the hole you just drilled. Reorient the fence within the marked circle and use the same hole in the flat part to mark the second hole. Worked like a champ and made installation a breeze.
