I love that it is simple to use, easy to implement, and it works! It takes a couple days of learning how to use it completely well. In my experience, it's very easy to get confused with the menus or options when you first start using it - but after some time, everything becomes second nature. If you are serious about building marketing programs for your business, this should be at the top of your list. This is great software for managing customer data, tracking their behavior, and automating recurring tasks. We can track our customers' interests, purchase patterns, and even their online activities. And all of this has allowed us to increase conversion rates and decrease customer abandonment.
