This is a quick and easy connection to most car systems, giving you a pair of USB ports with a reasonably high charging capacity. Wiring is easy, and the case has a notch next to the head so you can bite through the hole while maintaining the orientation you want. The cover is solid and does a good job of protecting the ports from simple bumps when placed on top. Two features I would have liked: 1> Remember last state (on/off) and save when power off. 2> The button should be on the top/bottom, not on the side. The plugs make it difficult to press. A "button" is a static touch-sensitive area, not an actual button or slide. This means it's slightly less sensitive to gloved hands, but it probably won't fail like a physical button. The light shows the power status even when nothing is plugged in, which is nice. When the lid is closed, you cannot see the light ring.
