We use this when my grandson visits as a cushion to our porcelain tiles floor. It’s thick enough to fall on without ouchies and it’s big enough to offer a wide play space. It’s two sided but he prefers the side with the animals, letters and roadway. Folds up well for storage and it’s wipe clean. The mat retains its shape with no indents, even with hours of play.
