This paper is of good quality considering it has a 110# index. To help you understand the difference between different weight scales I have included a very helpful conversion chart. I usually buy 24# Bond Weight (90 grams per square meter) paper for everyday printing. This card product is made from 110# index paper (199 grams per square meter) and is about twice the weight and thickness of my everyday printer paper. This is medium-thick cardboard. If you want thicker, stiffer cardstock, you need thicker cardstock. I would recommend buying paper with a cover weight of 110# (297 grams per square meter), which is about three times the weight and thickness of everyday printing paper. It would be helpful if all paper suppliers included a weight conversion chart in their product listing to clarify the differences.
