There is no useful silver. No antimicrobial properties.
Microfiber towel absorbs moisture like any other microfiber. But the reason I buy this towel is because of silver's advertised antimicrobial properties. Microfiber with real embedded silver really inhibits bacterial growth. It's not like this. It will smell like any other silver ion free microfiber for the next 24 hours after I wipe my kitchen countertop with it. This microfiber most likely does not contain silver ions or a significant amount of silver that makes it suitable for use. Or maybe the name is just misleading and makes people think they contain silver when it's just a silver (greyish) color?
