At first my diabetic roommate and I bought just about anything we could think of from various muscle creams and wraps, massage chairs, shoulder massagers, roller massagers. They call it. I stumbled across this (and for the price) I thought why the heck don't you try it? And wow! The knots in his shoulders and back are untied so easily and quickly. It fits perfectly in the hand and is very durable. Imagine a ball, it's like a giant ball in a sturdy hand holder, so easy to use. This is now his first choice. The marble ball is not plastic or glass. It glides easier with lube or lotion but works great in my opinion. For the price and quality I am so pleased and happy that I came across this product.
