For the first six months, I did not use the built-in microphone, but used an external large studio microphone. The external microphone took up a lot of space and after about six months I decided to use the built-in microphone and immediately faced the fact that it constantly "falls off". At first I sinned on the USB -> USB-C adapter, but then I bought a not cheap new platform for AMD on the X570 chipset and reconnected the camera directly to the rear panel, but the problem was not solved. I ated the firmware to the latest version, but that didn't help either. I wrote to Logitech technical support and received the only question in response to my appeal: what platform do I use Mac or Win (it’s not clear why they didn’t ask about Linux). After receiving a response indicating the build number, the OS disappeared for a week (as of 07/03/2022), I use the camera in the most banal way - communication with teachers and participation in conferences lasting from 40 minutes to 2.5 hours. Somehow in one conversation the microphone "fell off" 3 times. Every time I had to climb to the back panel to turn it off and on again - it's annoying wildly! I read that some have problems with sound and video out of sync, but I have never encountered this, because. never streamed or created any content.
