Fails after a few months

The product works about 3 months before it fails. I've used at least 4 of these ballasts and they all failed at about the same time. I installed them in a dry place and they are securely mounted so moisture and vibration are not an issue. I also don't run them on the stock wiring harness to switch directly from the relay from the battery! They sent me a replacement, I am now waiting to hear if they will do the same thing again, maybe I just got a bad batch?
