Review on Weems & Plath Marine Navigation Parallel Plotter: Precision for Effective Chartplotting by Jeff Alradwan

On its own it would certainly be an exceptional instrument. However, I received a defective product. When received it was torn into 2 pieces. I had very high expectations as I was trying to order a lower quality from another seller. I received two broken rulers from this company. I would love this particular one but it strikes me as totally obscene wasting resources on returning 3 separate broken products so don't hesitate to contact me from Revain or the sellers if you would like to ship one without me killing trees and must remove overcomes mountains by sending more broken things to people just to prove they are broken. I have multiple cameras if you need photos. For the record, I don't blame anyone, although it's pretty bad that after 3 months and 3 returns I don't have working parallel rulers. There is a logistical problem with this type of product. I just don't know if it's related to storage, distribution or the products themselves. I will continue to use Ole Fidelity (default ruler) until I get an answer.
