Low Quality Hardware and Construction
One of the pulleys was loose so I tried tightening the nut. The main screw was broken. I replaced both the bolt and nut. The screws that attach the rollers to the ceiling are made of metal so soft that they can easily be torn out. I used my own screws. Once installed the hoist worked fine but I had issues with the cable slipping past the pulley and getting stuck between the bracket and the pulley. This was caused by a very sloppy fit of the pulleys in their mounts. In the end I decided the whole thing was too badly done so I deleted it and sent it back. I really wanted this elevator to work, but poor equipment and construction got in the way.
