Kept my machine from booting

I built a high end PC with serious gaming components and couldn't get it to boot. I started taking out components one by one and once I took this thing out it booted fine. I'm sending it back for a refund.

It does what it says on the box.

Cons

Couldn't get the speed I wanted dont currently use.
