My camera was only 4 months old. I barely had time to use it. It's been on my monitor since the day I received it. It looked a bit saggy at one point, so I touched it to raise the camera a bit so it doesn't cut off the top of my head. When I (without pressure) touched the camera, it fell off the hinge. I contacted support, they helped a bit (after asking me if I dropped my camera). The RMA was issued with shipping prepaid. While I commend them for trying to get it right, it left a bad impression. I work on three live streams a week and had to use my laptop's built in camera until the RMA process was complete. I don't know how long it will take. I also had problems with the light and camera. I had to turn the camera on/off/on/off until it turned on and set the correct white balance. It may be a software issue, but I don't have this issue with my other camera. /shrug, I'm disappointed in Razer
