I have ordered this replacement remote twice. The first one didn't work with the TV so I returned it and ordered another. There were no problems with the return, the seller promptly sent another one. This didn't work either. I'll send it back and get my money back. Although the remote control is very similar to Samsung's original, it is not. Obviously the quality control is not very good.
