I love this chair! I've been looking for the perfect sewing chair for a long time. I can't use an office chair with casters but I needed one Swivel chair. I'm quilting and keep the ironing surface to the left. This chair is slightly taller than a dining chair, which is perfect. The armrests are low enough not to get in the way of my quilt so I can tuck it under my sewing table. The seat is Sturdy, comfortable and a good size The chair is very easy to put together I would highly recommend it as a sewing chair It also looks good enough to move around the living room for company If you need an extra side chair.
