My first hob arrived with missing screws, bent terminals, no stickers and no coating on the glass. Revane did not exchange it but refunded the cost. Then when I bought another one the price was $50 more and I paid because I now had a hole cut in my counter to only fit this cooktop. The second came a week later and by that time left me without a stove and with a hole in the counter. The second hob arrived with bent parts, but they can be repaired. The front right burner is very hot or not heating at all. The other three burners hardly heat up. The worst thing is cleaning this thing. You pretty much have to clean it every time it's used. Imagine having to wash and wax your car every time you get behind the wheel. Here is the plate. Also, it scratches so easily. I was hoping that this product, claiming to be made in the USA, would be decent. It's not, it's terrible.
