Bad with Mac Good for internal components

The product could be perfect. It's simple, you connect to your source via HDMI and to your computer via USB and you have a video source on your computer with the HDMI source you have connected. The problem I'm having is related to audio streaming from HDMI sources on Mac. The video works well, but there is no way to stably process the sound. When you turn it on as an audio device, applications start crashing, sound is not captured, etc. It works every now and then for 20 minutes, then again. problems arise. The icing on the cake is that there's no software for the Mac to control it, so you can't update the firmware or try to tweak it in any way to make it work. Basically, the video works fine, the audio is very problematic (unusable) and Mac users don't have any software to fix this problem.
