Review on The Ultimate Hunter Hepburn Indoor Ceiling Fan: 52'' Modern Brass Design with LED Light and Wall Control by Kim Stanley

The fan itself seemed fine. It's attractive and quite well made. However, I returned it after installing it and lived with it for about a day because the design of the wall switch with "remote control" is so idiotic that I just couldn't live with it. It's unresponsive, unintuitive, and cheap. But the biggest offense in my opinion is that in order to use the fan at all you have to INSERT THE BATTERIES IN THE WALL SWITCH! WHAT DID YOU THINK? Completely unacceptable. This is a serious design flaw and for me this fan is definitely excluded from the serious options for the house.
