When the package arrived, I was a little concerned because they don't look identical to the originals. The finish is just a little different than the originals. But they worked very well, and snap in place with a little more authority than the originals. I decided to replace all 16 so that they all look the same. First picture shows original on top and new one on bottom. Second picture shows installed new ones. I would have given 5 star if they looked like the originals. If that's going to work on your OCD, go to dealer and pay $40. Because I had extra, I decided to check my 2008 Toyota Highlander. Sure enough, two were missing and these fit there too. Happy.
