This is by far the best foot massager I have ever had. My mom and I have been using it for a week now and we couldn't be happier! I use it about 2 hours before bed and it's now in my sleep mode because when I wake up my legs feel so much lighter than when I'm not using it. I still have it on the lowest setting but my mom uses it at 7-9 because she has always loved massages and her body is used to it. Your legs don't swell that much in the morning at night, so it's worth it. The design is also very concise. I just wish the heater had the option to be a little hotter ;)
