This is a GARBAGE knife. Out of the box, the sharpness of this blade couldn't slice through carrots. The blade size is not certain. With every cut, my knuckles banged against the cutting board. This knife has no weight which means you have to use your muscles instead of letting the knife do all the work. Hello manufacturers! Has anyone told you yet? They make a cheap CHINTZY knife! My advice to the manufacturer: Halve the remaining knives, better with a knife, of course. Then recycle the metal and sell the pins as marriage supplies. At the very least, customers who might buy these pens are begging to be screwed in some way.
