Looks like genuine Honda OEM parts but clearly isn't. The dealer didn't want to touch them to cut the keys or program the immobilizer, but I found a mobile locksmith who did it for an affordable price. All things considered, these two keys were made for about half the price a dealer would charge. It took about 5 minutes to program them to lock/unlock the doors using the instructions provided (and there are plenty of videos online showing how to do it too). The only negative was that one of the batteries died so I had to spend $6 to get a new one.
