Review on 🌡️ Optimized Repti Temp Rheostat by Zoo Med by Pamela Smith

I used this with the Zoo Med Large under the tank heater. Broke within the first month of use! My sister called me and asked if it was okay that the snake's temperature had dropped to 68 degrees, when it's usually over 90 degrees. I was away and to this day I don't know how long they stayed without heating. I was humiliated. I bought it to make sure it never gets too hot and it ended up being just the opposite. I returned it and thankfully Revain gave me a full refund (rare, thanks Revain!). I am VERY disappointed in this product. DO NOT BUY! Instead of buying another rheostat I decided to lay a very thick layer of aspen shavings on the heating pad and insert a temperature probe into the shavings so I could monitor the temperature closely. Not perfect, but better than a blackout on a heating pad.
