I received this yesterday. After struggling to take them apart, I washed and dried them. I use them to store flour. I am a bread baker myself and needed extra flour storage for bread and wholemeal flour. This is the perfect size. They're too big for my baking cupboard, but I buy flour in bulk so I wanted something with more capacity. Bread flour has a 5# bag, and whole grains come almost exclusively from a 10# bag. I like little stickers to indicate what's in the container. Can't tell if they're airtight as I won't be using them for liquids. The extra measuring cups were nice, you can never have enough. The lids are very tight and seem perfect for flour.
