So I have a massive head - I can't buy women's hats, those cute yoga bands never fit when I wear a baseball cap, I need a men's hat that is adjustable and I wear this on the biggest recess. I was skeptical because I've bought headbands before and they look like they're choking my skull. They give me a bad headache, they break often, and in general they are a terrible sight. They fit perfectly, no pain behind the ears. They're cute and although the quality isn't luxury level, they hold up quite well. I can't imagine they would fit any normal sized head, they would be too big. But if you have a big dome like me, rest assured. they are worth their price!
