Not hi-vis and neck is too tight

The style of the shirt is cute enough, although the neck is pretty tight, and I am thin. Feels constricting. My beef is that the description says it’s hi visibility and reflective. The only thing reflective about this shirt is the tiny imprinted logo. I bought it for running early mornings when it’s still dark, so it’s pretty much useless for that. From the photo, it looked like the grey side panels might be reflective, but they’re not. I got the raspberry color, and it’s not very bright for visibility during the day either. Gonna donate it to the thrift shop.
