I love how easy it was to use, no training needed! It's also very customizable so you can set up rules as specific or broad as your needs are. You have many options of what metrics will be tracked by this system (and which ones aren't). The integration into Gmail works well too - we were able to track our leads from other email platforms like Outlook without much hassle at all once they started using Google Apps/Gmail in place instead. Some people might not want some features that come with certain plans but those things could easily be added later if desired after paying an additional monthly fee. We used their free plan initially while working out pricing models before committing fully since there isn’t any upfront cost associated when first signing-up via trial period. Once committed however; having full access has been great because its helped us streamline processes.
