I love how easy it was to use, no training needed! It's also very customizable so you can set up rules as specific or broad as your needs are. You have many options of what metrics will be tracked by this system (and which ones aren't). The integration into Gmail works well too - we were able to track our leads from other email platforms like Outlook without much hassle at all once they started using Google Apps/Gmail in place instead.
