I ordered these headphones for my preschooler because they come with a cord. The headphones I ordered earlier had detachable cords that got lost. Turns out this was a problem! A week after the one month warranty expired, my daughter showed me that the part you connect to the unit was defective. We have another type of headphones, we just have to change the cable. But it won't work for her. What's annoying is that she just had a 5 day break from school. I bet they broke under warranty but she just didn't tell me in time. I feel like I spent a fortune on headphones for my kids. None seem to last long. the cable is lost, the headphones break, the headphones stop working. Update: The company contacted me quickly after seeing my post to help me find a replacement. I was very impressed with the timeliness with which they responded to emails and resolved issues. I am updating my rating to reflect the excellent customer service.
