Kenpo Support Bands for Weighing Users

* Works very well. Love it and use it.* Machine washable.* They're so small you can fold them into a regular sized bag.* It really helps stabilize your ankle; even outside of the gym. I know I've used it like this a few times. It's like a thick wool sock and can get tight when worn during the day.* However, wearing it for just a few hours will give you some stability.* As shown in the picture, it doesn't protect your toes Step on the instep (eg (e.g. side kick, roundhouse kick, etc.) and if you apply excessive force, you may feel it on the instep of your foot. ball of foot), this will help you not feel too much pain.* They look good and provide enough traction when moving the entire foot. Changing stances on the balls of your feet will not affect them and vice versa. However, side kicks, front kicks, and other assisted kicks that require some resistance on the ground are a bit easier with them (because they slide a bit). * Last but not least, they just look amazing (I use them in combination with my bandages so I can use soft and hard styles while practicing). I am definitely happy with my purchase and plan to keep them for a long time. I highly recommend them as a cheaper and more wearable version of a sparring shoe, but NOT as a replacement (especially for the dojo).
