To protect against chafing from shin guards. Avoid prolonged wearing.

After an hour, the white bumps on the edges dig into the skin and become more and more uncomfortable over time. This is a deal breaker for long-term use. It's so bad that I considered starring one of them. They offer good support as you would expect from anything worn. a viable option as they do not greatly impede mobility. Just be aware that if you land flat, the damn white border will dig into your skin like a misplaced USB cable. For a while it seemed to be the only compression ankle brace…

Inexpensive, durable, comfortable. What more do you want?

I've been wearing them for about two weeks now. I do circuit training and kickboxing 5 days a week for a few hours. I also wear them to jitsu and judo classes and wash my hands thoroughly every day. WEAR ON THE RUN

Maybe I've looked at them before, I don't remember. But when I first got them, I didn't really like them. Now I love her (go and get her). You got me used to it. I wear them for both arch and ankle support while running. That's what I don't like about them, or at least have had to get used to. The white piping creates a slight protrusion that can be uncomfortable. I wear them over socks, it helps a lot but can be too tight on the sock so again it's a bit of a learning curve. Otherwise they give

Kenpo Support Bands for Weighing Users

* Works very well. Love it and use it.* Machine washable.* They're so small you can fold them into a regular sized bag.* It really helps stabilize your ankle; even outside of the gym. I know I've used it like this a few times. It's like a thick wool sock and can get tight when worn during the day.* However, wearing it for just a few hours will give you some stability.* As shown in the picture, it doesn't protect your toes Step on the instep (eg (e.g. side kick, roundhouse kick, etc.) and if you
