You need longer screws: This is an easy solution as larger diameter screws are accepted.
Bought for my mum, she sprained her left shoulder and was having trouble turning over. The handle is metal with ball bearings, this design should resist wear and tear. There are 5 stars if they would provide longer screws. If you are using this with an old bare plastic wheel you may need to use a spacer between the handle and the wheel to prevent the handle from slipping.
