As a petite woman, I often find it difficult to find a comfortable backpack (5ft 2in, 112in). The Xs/s fit perfectly, no shoulder or back pain after two days of hiking with a fairly full pack. I liked the pockets on the vest in the front - very convenient access to the phone. I liked the side zip for easy access to gear hidden underneath without having to take everything out. Spacious and very bright. The only problem (and why I didn't give it 5 stars) is that the pack doesn't have an opening for the hydration pack's "hose". There are two zips on the side that can make room for the hose to come out, but the bottom zip was unzipped while I was walking, so not sure if that's the intention. There is a mesh pocket which I assumed is for a hydrator, so the lack of a hose hole seems like a major design flaw. I ended up cutting a small hole right where the backpack strap meets the body so I could pull the hose out like camelback.
