1. Wi-Fi Signal Strength: With four hotspots (1 outside) I have a great signal with no dead spots in my house. (Even in the basement!) Throughout the house I constantly receive a range from -45 to -30 dBm. To be too good to be true! 2. Upload/Download speed: at least 3 times faster than my old system. I get download speeds of 150 Mbps and upload speeds of around 45 Mbps across my network. These are WiFi measurements! I'm finally getting the speed I'm paying for from my ISP. Great!3. Ease of use: The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Sonicwave tech support walked me through the initial setup and the router works great. The router perfectly manages access points and provides smooth network management, ideal for office or home use.4. Technical Support: The technical support staff are network experts and have been very helpful in getting the new system up and running. Security: Enabling security was very easy and just involves checking the security features you want to enable. Update July 22, 2018: I have called Sonicwall support several times over the past week and the support has been excellent. Upgrade my rating to 5 stars. I am very happy with Sonicwall. Great Sonicwall product!
