Review on Swim-Thru Rings for Water Sports by Patrick Ordonez

Update: I spoke to Terry at Stream Machine (company) who informed me that the swim rings that I and a few others received are most likely an old version that is no longer made. . A newer version is available and the black stuff/rust issue should no longer be an issue. Terry was amazing and went above and beyond what I originally expected! They sent me a new set for free. . .and my children were VERY happy about the great surprise. By the end of the summer they were able to use these multiple times and so far we haven't had any "black goo" issues. So for now I can say I highly recommend these rings as a great alternative to other types of dive toys. At first this water toy seemed like a great idea and my kids loved it. Unfortunately, after a month of moderate use, all three rings started leaking black liquid. Like other reviewers, this thick black liquid keeps leaking and staining. I gave them a two because my kids loved them but because of the nasty black liquid I can't recommend this product to others.
