Assembly Instructions?

Package arrived on time as advertised with no damage. The instructions were less than acceptable. The wire stripper is not included in "Required Tools" but will be shown in later steps. The fan assembly does not dictate a top case to be installed before running the electrical wires through that part of the assembly, making hanging the fan questionable. The assembly of the blade (steps and pictures) implies the use of screws with washers BUT does not show that the washers are actually packed separately. The fan was installed a few days ago, but yesterday morning it started to "hum" sporadically. I will report the hum problem later if it persists. Recommendations? Not yet!
