The customer service team are brilliant - they're always happy go-lucky! They've been able solve any problems I have had with them within minutes (and when it's late at night!).
Their interface could do better though if you want your customers booking in more easily as well. It also doesn't help that there seems like some bugs or glitches which make things difficult sometimes but this may be down to me not using resuverba properly/often enough etc rather than anything wrong from theirs :) We use RESURVA so we can keep track of our availability very effectively without having loads paper work around us all day long!! Also helps out greatly during busy periods where staff turn over happens quickly too meaning lots needing time off sick :( This has reduced my stress levels massively because now i know exactly what days people will need holiday cover next year :). Its great being kept up2date about how much availble capacity.
