I really wanted to like this mount. It felt more premium to me, which is obviously desirable. The clamp part worked well, was tight and secure, but the rest of the mount never felt like it. I felt like the arm was barely attached most of the time. Adjusting this thing for altitude was an absolute nightmare. Tension adjustments are hard to get right, and just when you think you've got it right, the next day they'll start to hang. Very unpleasant. Edit: I would like to point out that the company has been actively contacting me regarding my review. They offered to send me a free mount and a $40 Revain gift card. This is the first time the company has offered anything like this to me. Of course I accepted the offer, but unfortunately it doesn't change my overall rating of the product. If the free unit they send me performs better than the one I returned, I will amend my review at that time to reflect that. Customer service, response and rectification: 5 stars Product: remains 2 stars Update 06/18/2020: Replacement device worked better. Not perfect, but better. It carried the monitor's weight much better. upgraded to 4 stars.
