I like how it has different options for you depending upon where your business falls within its tiers. It's not as user friendly as other programs but if you are familiar with Excel then this should be easy enough for anyone who knows their way around Microsoft products. My biggest issue was setting up my account since they don't have any sort of training material or help guides available online. However once we got our account set-up I didn't have much issues using it. We're able to see what would happen in each tier so we can make sure that we stay within budget.
