My laptop has the wrong thermal paste applied from the Chinese factory and it overheats and shuts down with little use. I bought this to fix a problem and while it got the job done it was barely within an acceptable operating temperature. Downtime and ease of use are good, BUT! It can reach the maximum working temperature under high load, and the maximum working temperature is 105 degrees (Celsius). Occasionally crashes while playing! I do not recommend it! For a few dollars more, you can get Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and protect your PC from thermal throttling. This can be done on a very basic computer, surfing the web with ease, but you get what you pay for! Spend the extra money and get something that will keep your car running and cool! This is a small investment (system is a dual core i7 5600u with AMD R7 m260) 2015.
