I gave 5 stars for easy removal but by that I mean they are so difficult to remove that they don't usually budge. use. I bought these shoes to attach shoe inserts to the inside of my sandals to adjust the length of my legs after hip and knee surgeries. I went to a provider of insoles for insoles. I'm not sure how pre-made inserts would work, but these dots really hold mine in place. When I recently went back to adjust the thickness of the inserts a bit, it took me less than a minute to remove the point, but the same point was reused after adjustment. I found it pretty impressive.
