The first device had a problem with the backlight turning on and off randomly and quite often. I applied through their app and they immediately sent me a replacement. I compared the old and new devices and the readings are exactly the same, which indicates the good quality of the sensors! Temperature readings also match our Nest Thermostat and other more expensive thermometers. Humidity is within the stated accuracy of Nest and the expensive Winix humidifier. In general I am very satisfied. The Bluetooth connection works well on 2 floors of our 3300 m² hotel. ft. For some annoying reason they have to turn on location services. It works well on iPhone when this setting is set to "When using the app". The app is very useful and shows a graph over time. There are a few grammatical errors in the documentation, but that's enough for this simple device. On the device, the word "clear" means "clean," but that doesn't really matter. Otherwise, the LCD is clear and easy to read and also has a manual backlight.
