I immediately noticed that the worms are much thicker and shorter than the ones I bought from another company. You have a strong dead bug sequence when you open a container. I planted them a week ago, and the birds haven't touched them, wrens come for mealworms every day, but they don't even eat them. I add them to my peanut butter mix that I make for my log so the birds are still getting them in their diet. I don't know if it's because they're worm soldiers or something, but the birds don't care about them. I return to the previous ones I bought, although I have to pay a little more.
