The pens work great. My guess is that the person who was disappointed didn't fuel it properly. The ink will flow to the tip by gravity and you need to press it once or twice and then be patient for the ink to flow to the tip. This may take three or four minutes. Also make sure that after you remove the black ring from the pen, you throw it away instead of replacing it. If you replace it, your pins will leak. Store the pens with the brush UP.
