Quick and easy assembly. I was hesitant to buy anything after seeing all the reviews about the armrests falling off after a while, but decided to give it a try. I did notice a pathetic amount of threadlock on the factory armrest bolts, but for the sake of an honest review I figured I'd leave them as is for now. On the second day, of course, the armrests loosened. I tightened them again, then the armrests came loose again. On the third day I unscrewed one of the armrest bolts, lubricated it completely with blue thread lock and reassembled it. Since then, not a single armrest has come loose. Don't let other reviews stop you from buying a super comfortable chair at an affordable price. Get some blue threadlock from Home Depot/Lowe's (or order it!) and apply a reasonable amount to the armrest screws while installing them. Once installed, leave them on (don't sit in your chair for about 15 minutes) and you're in gold. As for the supposedly "weak" footrest, I disagree. If you're not an absolute one, it'll hold your feet perfectly while you're grabbing a bite and watching YouTube in a full reclined position. into something that should be valued much higher than it is.
