The bot has been designed to provide customer service in many instances where it used not be able for reps or employees of companies like ours who are working remotely at times but need help from coworkers through an online system such as zoechat! I'm solving problems relating with our customers' questions about their orders which sometimes require complex answers (we have several products) so having this tool made my job easier by doing what humans cannot do alone - answering question after answer seamlessly without me needing any assistance since everything was automated using data we provided them via APIs!! It's very helpful because now i don't always remember all information given upon every order placed when dealing directly w/the client if they call us and ask too much info over email; plus some clients would rather just talk than go thru emails especially those located overseas-this solves both issues. Nothing really comes across negatively though maybe more customization options could make things look better? But overall its still good considering how easy you get started.
